  • REPORTS-PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 7 DAYS FOR THE FULL PROCESS AND REPORT OF YOUR WORKING. THIS ENSURES THERE IS ADEQUATE TIME FOR COMPLETION AND DISPOSAL OF THE WORKING. This also allows me time to accurately record the details of your working process as well as perform the wax flow divination. In order for me to provide you with the best service, time is required. 

    WHEN CAN YOU EXPECT RESULTS? Most clients will begin to see results in about a month. Results can happen for some within a few days and for others, it may take several months. This mostly depends on the severity and complexity of the client's situation. It also heavily depends on the client's choices, attitude and behaviors. All of my services are designed to bring permanent, positive change BUT this depends highly on the ATTITUDE, CHOICES AND BEHAVIOR OF THE CLIENT.

    IS SPIRITUAL WORK GUARANTEED? NO! Spiritual services are not guaranteed. Just as not every treatment, medication or therapy will be successful for everyone, spiritual work will not be successful 100% of the time for 100% of the clients who attempt utilize it. THERE IS NOTHING IN THIS WORLD THAT CAN SOLVE EVERY PROBLEM FOR EVERY PERSON. There is no such thing as a "magic pill" so be realistic with your goals and expectations.

     

    Only one coupon code can be used per order. Coupon codes can not be combined with free shipping promotions. Free shipping and BOGO promotions are only valid with orders of $30 or more domestic and $80 or more international unless specified. Excludes all statues and cauldrons. Blog promotions are valid for one day only unless specified. 

    A coupon code MUST be used to receive a discount;no code, no discount. 

    Promotions are only valid on the days announced. They can NOT be applied to previously placed orders!

    I own all rights to all photographs taken for the purpose of client commissioned work. Photographs will be made public and used as educational tools. Client's must request prior to their service if they wish for any photographs to remain confidential and not for public or educational use.

    I own all rights to my products and recipes. My items are hand made and may vary from batch to batch depending on seasonal availability of certain herbs. I reserve the right to change my recipes, in order to improve my formulas, at any time.

    Services are not guaranteed. No professional service is guranteed to be 100% successful for 100% of the public 100% of the time. Not every method or service will be successful for every client. 

    My shipping time is stated in THREE areas on my site. 1) On my HOMEPAGE, IN CAPITAL LETTERS. 2) at the top of your invoice, which you receive a link to in your email after you place an order and 3) In my HIGHLIGHTED Terms and Conditions area which you must CHECK A BOX AGREEING TO BEFORE you are even able to process your order.

    Our terms have been updated since
    the pandemic began in March 2020, with weekly social media updates on postal and supply delays.

     

    Our COVID terms state a minimum of 30 days. There are
    significant cut backs and delays with supplies, the postal system and labor due to the current, and rising effect of the pandemic we are currently in. I am sure you have been made aware of the devastation and toll this is taking on small businesses and your patience is appreciated during this time as we take the time and effort to execute all safety precautions and necessary measures to insure our safety and yours when you receive your order.

     

    This excludes custom items which may take longer to create, customs items will ship once completed. I do not ship holiday weekends, which include Friday through Monday. Please ensure your PayPal mailing address is correct, as this is what I ship from and use as an invoice.

If you want to know if an item has shipped it is your responsibility to check your account.

    I receive far more orders per week than I can complete within that week. Therefore, your order will NOT be shipped same day and will require 10 business days to complete.

    Once shipped, your order will have a tracking number attached to it-please use it and do not contact me about where you package is as you will be directed back to your shipping confirmation and the USPS tracking website. If you want to know if an item has shipped it is your responsibility to check your account.


    I do over night shipping of a small package of items for $35.00. An additional fee may be added in order to move your order to the top of the que to ensure it is completed on time for the overnight  shipping. I will rush an order for an additional $35.00


    I WILL NOT REPLACE A PACKAGE that has been thrown away, sent back, or damaged by a neighbor, ex partner, landlord, or other person. I will also NO LONGER replace packages with incorrect addresses given on the order. The order will have to be re-purchased in full as I have been grossly taken advantage of due to these circumstances.

     I am not an initiate of Santeria, Vodou, or Palo. Nor am I an initiate of Egyptian, Norse, or Celtic traditions. However, I do list items for these traditions and MANY more. I create and make items that my clients request for their practices. This often means creating an item that I would not use in my own path and practices (Paganism, Spiritism and Hoodoo). I am a medium and I use this ability to create items for my clients that enhance their practices. It's very simple!

    I do not provide instructions or labels with orders. However, most of my descriptions provide you with plenty of uses, ideas and cultural/historical signifigance of my items. It is reasonably assumed that if you are purchasing an item, you know what it is. Typically, clients purchase an oil as an ingredient for a specific working they want to perform. These can be found by using an internet search engine or in books. I can not give specific instructions for the items you purchase as I do not know what your goals or practices are and there are dozens of ways to use oils. I DO NOT provide "spells" to clients. All of my oils (with the exceptions of those containing camphor or cayenne) can be applied to the body. They can also be added to floor washes and baths, used to dress candles, anoint charms and statues, feed mojos and gris gris, used as an ingredient for workings and other formulas, and used as offerings. Please use your own creativity, research, traditions, intuition to use these items in the best way for you!

    *** Please allow for natural variations in many items as they are home grown and I can not control Mother Nature.

    *** Please allow 24-72 hours for me to respond to e-mails, due to the high volume I receive. Feel free to re-send your e-mail after it has been 72 hours. 

     

    SERVICES-

     ****When you purchase a service or reading you will be entered into my schedule according to the time you purchased as well as the proper day for your type of service. I am consitantly booked 2-4 weeks out with services and readings AT ALL TIMES. Yours will be attended to is a first come, first serve order as well as the proper day for your service. These details must be taken into account for the success of your work. 

    I am just like any other professional with a schedule-your service will NOT be attended to immediately, you will have an appointment just as you would with any other service professional. 

    Once your service is scheduled NO changes can be made. Preparation for services takes at least a week. I can not make changes once preparation has begun as supplies have been created, offerings purchased/harvested, tools purchased and time blocked off in my schedule for your particular service.
