Traditionally, this is an Egyptian incense. I create it once a year because it is so time consuming and costly. I just created a batch and it is available in my Incense and Powder section.

I became inspired to make another way to enjoy this ancient luxury; as a powerful blend of resins and herbs in an oil formula. 

The favorite scent of Egyptians was Kyphi. On a daily basis, the ritualized burning of incense in ancient Egypt consisted of frankincense in the morning, myrrh during the day, and Kapet (Kyphi from the Greek translation) in the evening.

According to Egyptologists, Kyphi played an important role as a sacred fragrance in many ceremonies. It was also believed Kyphi could revive the dead and was placed in tombs of kings to enjoy in the afterlife. It is said to welcome the gods when offered. It was highly prized, had many expensive ingredients, and required a special process to create it.
Use this oil in a diffuser, add to your ritual candles or mojo bags for some ancient Egyptian power! Use when working with Egyptian deities; I find that Maat and Isis respond to it very well. A wonderful addition for any well-stocked Hoodoo or Witch! Contains cinnamon, rose, juniper berry, mastic, frankincense, myrrh, calamus root, cardamom, a hint of spearmint essential oil.
